Career Perspective: Energy and Sustainability

Meet graduates working on fields related to energy and sustainability
From the electrification of mobility to the climate crisis, physicists can solve major problems by working in energy and sustainability sectors. To offer a realistic picture of these sectors, we have invited physics graduates to present their careers and experiences to our students.
How is the event organized?
The event opens with short introductions from our speakers. Each one spends about five minutes on who they are and how they got where they are.
Then we switch to an “Inverse World Café”: students sit together in small groups and the speakers move from table to table to answer their questions. The format is meant to help students network, meet each other and talk informally with the speakers.
Food and drinks are available throughout the event, so feel free to help yourself at any time.
Who can sign up?
Any student of the Faculty of Physics interested in learning more about their future possibilites. Please bear in mind that places for these events are very limited, as we want to encourage interaction between all participants.
This format allows for only a limited number of free spots. Please take this into consideration when signing up.
